The 2,467-square-foot café will bring French-inspired pastries, coffee, and savory fare—including Dallas-exclusive items like the Salted Caramel Pecan Pie Roll and Cheesy Brisket Croissant Roll—to 1444 Oak Lawn Ave. Developed by Asana Partners, The Seam will feature 45 upscale retail, dining, and wellness concepts across 160,000 square feet.
