Known for her relatable approach to makeup artistry, and deep connection with her millions of social followers, Mikayla brings that same self-made expertise to her debut beauty brand, designed to simplify and elevate makeup prep. With years of testing thousands of beauty products, Mikayla has built a highly engaged audience that looks to her for authentic recommendations and technical expertise. As such, Point Of View Beauty was born to address a critical gap Mikayla identified in the industry—bridging clinical skincare and makeup with effortless, high-performance skincare solutions.

Before my career as a creator, I saw so many people at my retail job facing the same challenge—there wasn't a brand that made skin prep simple. That inspired me to create Point of View Beauty. I wanted to take everything I've learned over the years and give my community the tools to master makeup on their own terms. I partnered with Ani Hadjinian to bring this dream to life and we cannot wait for everyone to experience POV.

Point Of View Beauty also brings a unique industry perspective at launch, blending Nogueira's firsthand experience in beauty retail and deep connection with consumers with the leadership of Ani Hadjinian, as Co-Founder and CEO. Hadjinian is a seasoned executive with over 20 years in brand building, product innovation, and marketing strategy for top brands like Augustinus Bader, Bobbi Brown, and Tom Ford Beauty.
