Q: Will I have to submit a completed design?

Ads are full-color and include ad design by our staff at no additional charge. Once your files are submitted, we create unique design samples from which to choose your favorite. Doing so ensures you’re part of the process even if you don’t have an ad designed by a graphic artist already. If you do not favor any of the designs created and provided to you, you may request a custom design priced at $500 per design.


Q: Do I have to submit my Logo Files?

Yes. Logos (PNG only) must have translucent backgrounds ONLY. No JPEG or PDF files please.


Q: How do I reserve Ad Space?

To make an ad space reservation complete this form online. Follow all deadlines and regulations specified in the media kit and contact our advertising representative early with any questions or problems.


Q: Where will I see my completed designs? 

You will be given access to the ELLA accounts portal once ad space reservation is complete. You will receive an email with login information for the client portal. Here, you will be able to access your signed forms, approve designs, access your image gallery and any other communication related to your ad placement.


Q: What graphics/images or other materials do you need from me?

Submit any images, logos, graphics, or other graphics that you want us to include in your advertisement! Please keep in mind, we will use high-quality stock images in the event the images you submit do not fit the ELLA brand style OR the quality is not high enough to include. All of your Advertising Materials (photos, etc.) must be received prior to the space reservation closing date (see the Edit Calendar for dates). Cancellations are not accepted after this agreement is signed. All contracted cancellations are subject to penalty of one placement billing and must be cancelled 30 days prior to the space reservation closing date.


Q: What happens after I submit my payment? 

Confirmation of receipt will be emailed for all space reservations and artwork submissions. You will also receive login information to the ELLA portal. If no confirmation or portal password is received within 48 hours, contact sales@ellainspires.com.


Q: What if I decide to cancel?

Cancellation after confirmation of ad space deadline will result in advertiser/agency being billed for HALF the cost of confirmed space. Cancellation after ad due date results in full charge for confirmed space. Advertisers are protected at the contracted rate for the duration of the contract. If the contract is cancelled before the fulfillment of the contract they will be billed for one of the remaining ads on the contract.


Payments


Q: How do I pay my invoice?

Once your ad selection is made using the form "Reserve Ad Space," you should be guided to make your Invoice payment on the final tab labelled 'Invoice.' If you close out of the transaction without paying, we will email you a password to access your client portal. Inside the portal, choose 'INVOICE' at the top and submit your payment there instead.


Q: When is my payment due?

Payments are due immediately after agreement is signed. Payments made after the due date will result in a 15% penalty fee added to the original balance. Additional late fees at a rate of 5% per week will also accrue. After 30 days of nonpayment past the due date, collection of the original balance plus all penalty fees will be referred to a collection agency. At that time the advertiser /agency will be responsible for all monies due ELLA CREATIVE MEDIA including collection agency fees and potential attorneys’ fees. Rates are listed in the digital media kit. If, at the end of one year, an advertiser/agency has failed to fulfill the contract, the advertiser/agency will be subject to short-rate billing.
