Luxury Market Researcher

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Luxury Market Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to expanding our advertising reach by identifying and compiling contact information for potential clients across key luxury sectors. The LMR will use industry-specific keywords and job titles to conduct thorough research, ensuring our luxury magazine connects with the right decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential advertising clients within the luxury sector, focusing on industries such as designer fashion, exclusive jewelry, luxury automotive, real estate, bespoke design services, and more.

  • Lead Identification:

    • Utilize Apollo to source potential leads that meet predefined criteria, including industry, role, company size, and location. (1,000 high-quality contacts per month for full-time contractors, or 850 contacts per month for part-time contractors.)

    • Monitor trends and gather relevant data to refine lead quality continuously.

  • Data Verification and Enrichment:

    • Verify lead contact information and ensure accuracy and completeness before passing them to the Appointment Setter.

    • Enrich leads with additional context or insights that might be valuable during initial outreach.

  • Database Management:

    • Maintain and organize the lead database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and efficiently accessible for follow-up actions.

  • Performance Reporting:

    • Track and report on lead sourcing activities, providing insights into lead quality and any adjustments needed to improve target alignment.

  • Focus on job titles such as Creative Director, Marketing Director, Brand Manager, and similar roles, ensuring that outreach targets decision-makers with purchasing authority.

  • Utilize the predetermined keywords and industry insights to refine search parameters and improve the accuracy and relevance of contact lists.

  • Regularly update and maintain our CRM with fresh and accurate prospect information, ensuring data integrity and usefulness.

  • Stay informed about trends in luxury markets to identify potential shifts in client needs and demands.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in market research, lead generation, or related field, preferably within luxury markets. (Will Train)

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other research and data platforms. (Will Train)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to sift through large amounts of data to find pertinent information.

  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of maintaining detailed records and reports.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Strong communication skills for potential collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
