Client Outreach Advisor
We are currently seeking a driven Client Outreach Advisor who is responsible for supporting the sales team and ELLA CREATIVE MEDIA, LLC in undertaking inbound and outbound low to high ticket sales calls. The position requires you to assist in maximizing the sales and profitability of the company with new and existing client relationships. Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)
Undergo 1:1 zoom sales consultation calls with potential clients
Responsible for maintaining and succeeding personal KPI’s
Available on a part-time basis (10-15 hours a week) with slight flexibility of your roster based on demand
Ensure availability for all team sales meetings and sales training development
Must be able to manage and understand your own personal projections, ensuring your projections are brought to the team meetings weekly
Must be able to keep oneself accountable to meeting KPI’s
Liaison with the sales team in order to improve efficiency in the sales management process
Must be able to report back to CEO on a weekly basis
Must be able to handle constructive criticism and review of sales performance on a regular basis
Comply with sales reporting schedules and daily duties
Be committed and available to undergo continuous training around sales, mindset and leadership
Keep sales spreadsheet up to date
Personal calendar management and ensuring your consultation calls are confirmed the day prior
Maintain the prospect management dashboard / CRM and data up to date and organized.
Responsible for onboarding new clients and providing a smooth, supportive, and high-touch onboarding experience.
Manage your own lead flow and follow-ups.
Provide a empathetic and compassionate sales experience for our women that are interested in our advertising services.
Improve client retention by reviewing client experience and satisfaction bia reflection calls and resigning clients into continuous support.
Responsible for providing reflection call feedback on team meetings to improve the overall delivery of service offerings.
Responsible for off-boarding clients in a timely manner and providing a smooth and positive experience.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
Must be available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Must be available for 1 weekly sales huddle via ZOOM and be prepared with your own personal projections and updates
Experience in sales is necessary however not required.
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Must be emotionally stable. Sharp brain. Thick skin.
Follow company security protocol and retain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when it comes to company and client information.
Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team.
Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO, work as a sounding board for the CEO.
Extreme, obsessive attention to detail.
Ability to ask for help when you need it, we don’t expect you to have all the answers
Highly detailed and organized, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
